ORDER INFORMATION

- Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
- Payments are non refundable and all order/product(s) including accessories and art cannot be returned or cancelled
PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS
Production time begins from receipt of all required details based on your specific product(s). This includes, but is not limited to:
- 50% deposit
- Complete specifications
- Signed quote/order
- Installation date
- Signed drawings (if applicable)
- Approval of samples/strike-off’s (if applicable)
- Approval of COM (if applicable)
- Receipt of COM at the workroom (if applicable)
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES
- Balance payment is required three weeks before product(s) completion and shipment
- Leadtimes are approximate & subject to change
- Domestic shipping time is additional

PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Full payment for orders along with shipping, handling, crating and packing, storage, taxes, and service charges, is required prior to shipment.
- The client is solely responsible for all taxes related to the sale or transportation of ordered goods.
- If balances are not received within 90 days of order completion, ETĒLINE may retain the initial deposit, sell the product, and keep the proceeds as liquidated damages for the customer's breach.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Trade price includes cost of shipping to a receiving warehouse within the continental US
- Retail price includes cost of white glove shipping within the continental US
- Shipping costs to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other locations outside of the continental US need to be quoted on a case by case basis for both receiving warehouse & white glove delivery
- Islands or locations requiring boat access will be at the responsibility and expense of the client
- Any hoisting/craning required will be at the responsibility and expense of the client
- ETĒLINE reserves the right to cancel any orders in which the shipping address falls outside the designated eligible countries
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- The final location must have unrestricted and easy access for a smooth delivery
- It is the client’s responsibility to verify items will fit through all aspects of designated space including doorways, elevators, etc. through to its final location.
- ETĒLINE suggests a site inspection by the client's designated logistics company to ensure that the product can reach the final location without encountering size constraints
- Goods delivered to the carrier, or others who are receiving product on behalf of the client, are deemed delivered to the buyer, transferring title, and risk of loss or damage to the buyer.
- Client, or others who are receiving product on behalf of the client, are responsible to store product properly upon delivery
- Client, or others who are receiving product on behalf of the client, are responsible for thoroughly inspecting all products upon receipt and are to inform ETĒLINE of any damages, including accompanying photos, within 72 hours.
STORAGE FEES
- ETĒLINE can hold your product for 14 days following completion free of charge
- Storage Fees incurred at 2% (of product total) per month following initial 14 days
- If a storage fee is incurred, product can be picked up or delivered once the cost has been paid
ESTIMATED COMPLETION
Completion and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to factors beyond ETĒLINE'S control. ETĒLINE is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or other uncontrollable events, including government actions, war, shortages, labor issues, natural disasters, or manufacturing contingencies.
If production is delayed, in whole or in part, due to factors beyond its reasonable control, ETĒLINE is entitled to additional time for production as reasonably necessary. Acceptance of goods by the buyer constitutes a waiver of any claim for damages due to delays in the delivery of those goods.
WARRANTY
ETĒLINE warrants goods for one year, excluding damage from misuse, accidents, temperature variations, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
PRODUCT
Product images are for illustration only. We strive for accuracy across design and colors, but your computer may display product in different formats and colors. Drawings, descriptive content, weights, dimensions, descriptions, and illustrations found in printed or digital materials, website, or advertisements are approximate and provided as general information about the product.
Delivered products may have slight variation and differ due to natural characteristics and reactions in the materials we use, as well as hand application and bespoke nature of finishes. All materials are considered “living” and may vary in color, tone, and character; no exact match is guaranteed.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
When placing an order with ETĒLINE, you hereby consent to the following terms:
Payments are non refundable and all product is made-to-order therefore cannot be returned
For providing precise dimensions and final specifications
Verifying item(s) will fit through all aspects of designated space including doorways, elevators, etc. to its final location
Ensuring products are stored responsibly upon receipt by installers & receiving warehouses.
Thoroughly inspect all products upon receipt and inform ETĒLINE of any damages, including accompanying photos, within 72 hours
